Founded in 2007 by Carolyn Cooling, this Houston, TX based business is dedicated to offering pet owners the chance to adorn their companions with collars and hats while helping out animals who are less fortunate than our own. A portion of the proceeds from each sale goes to help a dozen animal rescues and shelters who are working hard to stop the growth of the homeless and neglected animal community
